下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本使用条款的约束。如您不同意这些条款，请勿使用本应用。
在您遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，用于在您拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，为个人、非商业用途下载、安装和使用本应用。
您同意不会：
本应用及其全部内容（包括但不限于文字、图片、音频、视频、代码、界面设计等）的知识产权归我们或相应的权利人所有，受相关法律法规保护。本条款未授予您除明确许可外的任何权利。
本应用提供自动续费的会员订阅（按月或按年）。具体价格与计费周期以应用内购买页面及 App Store 商品页显示为准。
自动续费：订阅将在每个计费周期结束时自动续订，除非您在当期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费。Apple 会在当期结束前 24 小时内从您的 Apple 账户扣取下一期费用。
如何取消：您可以随时在 iOS「设置」→「Apple 账户」→「订阅」中管理或取消订阅。卸载本应用不会自动取消订阅。
所有支付均由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的相关条款。虚拟物品和会员权益仅限在应用内使用，不具现金价值，不可转让或兑换。退款请求由 Apple 按其退款政策处理。
欧盟、英国及瑞士消费者的撤回权：如果您是欧盟、英国或瑞士的消费者，您通常有权在购买后 14 日内撤回购买。但根据适用法律，一旦您开始使用数字内容或数字服务（例如激活会员权益），该撤回权即告消灭。因此，如您希望撤回，请在购买后 14 日内且尚未使用会员权益之前，通过本条款第九节的联系方式提出请求。
您上传的头像等内容，您保留其所有权。您授予我们为提供本应用服务所需的、非独占的、可撤销的使用许可。
本应用按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作出任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失承担责任。
本条不排除或限制任何依据适用法律不得排除或限制的责任。如果您是欧盟、英国或瑞士的消费者，您依据当地法律享有的强制性消费者保护权利不受本条款影响；在发生冲突时，以该等强制性规定为准。
如您违反本条款，我们有权终止或暂停您使用本应用的权利。您可随时卸载本应用以终止使用。
我们可能会不时更新本使用条款。更新后的条款将在本页面公布，并注明更新日期。继续使用本应用即表示您同意更新后的条款。

Welcome to Star Pet Diary (the "App"). This App is provided under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) as its Terms of Use.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
The App and all of its content (including text, images, audio, video, code, and interface design) are the intellectual property of us or the respective rights holders, protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights beyond the express license.
The App offers auto-renewing membership subscriptions (monthly or yearly). The applicable price and billing period are those shown on the in-app purchase screen and on the App Store product page.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges your Apple account for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.
How to cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms. Virtual items and membership benefits are for in-app use only, have no cash value, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, UK and Switzerland. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, under applicable law that right is lost once you begin to use digital content or a digital service, for example by activating your membership benefits. So if you wish to withdraw, please do so within 14 days of purchase and before using the membership benefits, by contacting us using the details in section 9.
You retain ownership of content you upload, such as avatars. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to use such content as necessary to provide the App's services.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, your mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law are unaffected by these Terms, and those mandatory provisions prevail in the event of any conflict.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
